On the judge's inquiry, Maryam Nawaz has given her date of birth, know her date of birth

The Chaudhry Sugar Mills case was heard by PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz and his cousin Yousuf Abbas, headed by accountability court judge Amir Mohammad Khan.
Thirty-five days of remand by NAB officials requested physical remand by Maryam Nawaz and Yusuf Abbas.
Hafiz Asadullah, the NAB investigating officer, argued that further investigation was needed in the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case against Maryam Nawaz and Yusuf Abbas.
During the investigation thre NAB NAB procecutor said about the property distribution agreement of the family of Maryam Nawaz and Yusuf Abbas that was revealed.About one crore and 45 lakh 58 thousand 96 shares of Chaudhry sugar Mills were ditributed.
The investigating officer told the court that according to SECP records, in 2008, there were 2 crore 62 lakh shares belonging to Chaudhry Sugar Mills, but during the course of the inquiry, there was a difference of 13 million 96 thousand shares.
According to NAB procecutor  interview the Chaudhry Mills were shifted to Rahim Yar Khan from Gojra in 2015.
NAB investigating officer said 3 foreigners sent shares in the name of Maryam in 2008 while $ 4 million were transferred telephonic to Yusuf Abbas.
The investigating officer took the position that the money was transferred to benefit the directors and shareholders of Chaudhry Sugar Mills.
Amjad Pervez argued that when Chaudhry Sugar Mills Bani was a young boy at the time, Nawaz and Yousuf Abbas were all shareholders in the Sharif Family Chaudhry Sugar Mills.
He said that NAB says that the beneficiary of Chaudhry Sugar Mills is Nawaz Sharif Family, since 2016 Nawaz Sharif Family has no share in Chaudhry Sugar Mills.
He says that the documentary records that NAB wanted was provided.
Maryam Nawaz's lawyer said her client was not even a public office holder.
Meanwhile, there was a bitter word between NAB Prosecutor and Maryam Nawaz's lawyer, Amjad Pervez, to which Amjad Pervez said you should not speak between my arguments.
The NAB prosecutor said, "I'm a prosecutor and you can't stop me from speaking."
Amjad Pervez continued his arguments saying that NAB was not conducting any kind of investigation, NAB was not investigating in five minutes from the last seven days.
Maryam Nawaz's lawyer said the food was way out and it was said to pick it up, Maryam Nawaz's room woke up, not being cleaned for several days.
He said that NAB was hurting Nawaz Nawaz and Yousuf Abbas, Sharif family property distribution agreement was with NAB from day one, Mian Sharif passed away in 2004 and shares were distributed in 2008.
During the hearing, the trial court inquired what date of birth of Maryam Nawaz was?
NAB investigating officer said Maryam Nawaz's birth year was 1973 but no history is known.
On this occasion, Maryam Nawaz said that my birth date was October 28, 1973.
The accountability court rejected NAB's plea for further physical remand of Maryam Nawaz and Yusuf Abbas and ordered them sent to jail on a judicial remand.
Maryam Nawaz and Yusuf Abbas will appear in court on 9 October.
