Islamabad: The South African Cricket Board (CSA) has refused to visit Pakistan on time.
According to sources, a spokesman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) says that CSA has postponed the visit in view of the workload of the players.
He said that PCB and CSA will be looking for a place in the new FTP for the tour. There will be an effort to schedule the series this year.
Pakistan had invited South Africa to play three T20 matches in March.
The Bangladesh Cricket Team, who is currently in Pakistan, has played three Twenty20 and Test matches during his recent visit to Pakistan, while a one-day match between the two teams will be played in the months of March and April.
Earlier, Sri Lanka had played two Tests, three ODIs and three T20 matches in Pakistan.
